I AM A MAKE UP FREAK.
I can't leave the house without having any make up on. Sometimes my Lolo can't stand it especially on rush situations. I have to have something on my face kahit lip gloss lang, ok na ako basta meron lang talaga. (I really want to try to speak straight english on my blog, pero I guess I am not that fluent and I am a little conscious with my grammar. lol )
This world has a got a lot of things to offer, especially in the field of make up. When you watch beauty gurus in youtube, you could actually realize that there a LOT of various make up brands pala. Bobbi Brown, Nyx, MAC, She Uemura, L'oreal, Revlon, Maybelline (the best so far), Benefit, Lancome, Avon, Chanel, Clinique, Dermablend, Skin Food, Estee Lauder, Kat Von D, Stila and etc.
Off topic: If only I have billion dollars in my pocket right now I'd really want to try everything. I swear! It's one of my dreams. I remember saying to myself once that before I die, I need to collect and keep 10,000 DIFFERENT MAKE UPS (10k flat). Kahit maubos ko yung content as long as the name of the make up brand is still intact, hindi ko pa rin itatapon at tinatapon since I am planning to keep them in one big shelf someday. Yes, I will. I'm not saying naman that I'll buy them in one shot, right? pwede naman pag ipunan eh. I'm only 22 years old anyway. I will still have plenty of time. Yan ay kung hindi ako kukunin ni Lord ng maaga. :) *knock on wood*
Oh, I also have a plan of collecting perfumes. lol! Ang dami kong plans. hoho. Libre lang naman ang mangarap eh.
As of now, since I do not have a stable job yet, I'd stick to what I can afford. I can compromise naman eh, since I have a lot of priorities pa.
I bet most of us are already very much familiar with local brands like Ever Bilena, Revlon, Maybelline, Etude House, etc. But I have one make up line suggestion that you guys should consider, SOPHIE PARIS. (yes I am a dealer of that brand but i am not going to promote it just because of that.
They have 3 lines, i think it's kluge, koshize and SAS.
So far I haven't really tried a lot yet but I feel the need to review the product that I have been using for around 3 months na. One tube palang yan ha? yes, cause I am kuripot like that.

(apologies for the photo, I don't own any high resolution cameras to be able to give it justice.)
PRODUCT NAME: KOSHIZE LIQUID FOUNDATION
DESCRIPTION: contains SILICON POWDER
What makes it great:
- A small amount goes a long way. Call that tipid.
- It's for 190 pesos only.
- It doesn't give you that cakey look and feel.
- After application, it looks like you already dusted powder on your face.
- It really matches most of the Filipina skin tone.
- It contains silicon/e powder.
Women who belongs in my category (full figured ones?) really do sweat a lot. Well, most of us and also some of the slim ones. Philippines is one great country, however, it is not so blessed in terms of the weather and humidity. We always feel the need to use foundation and concealer not only to hide our blemishes but to look well-groomed everyday. However, we just can't prevent sweating especially on our face. A foundation and concealer that's streaking down all over your face is a nightmare!
My advice? Use a concealer and foundation that is oil free and contains SILICONE POWDER. (yes, I do my make up homework. What's the use of sitting in front of my computer more than 12 hours a day?!).
What does not make it great:
- There's no bigger tube. If there is, I'll buy one immediately.
Bigla kong naalala, I'm runnning out of it already. I have to purchase one to bring with me to Manila.
without any make up on
with the KOSHIZE LIQUID FOUNDATION
a little closer.
There.
You got 190 extra? Go try :) Doesn't hurt..
So what's your favorite foundation?
Sincerely,
